Online Training Packages

30 Minute Skype / Phone Coaching Session – $59

The 30 Minute Skype/Phone Coaching Session is an opportunity for clients to have a one-on-one conversation with John about training, workout programs, nutrition tips, overcoming setbacks and goals.

For the more experienced clients, John will go over your current workout routine and provide tips and suggestions to help you reach the next level of your fitness goals.

60 Minute Skype Workout – $80

The 60 Minute Skype Workout is a one on one personal training session with me in the privacy of your own home.  All you need is a laptop, an internet connection and some basic exercise equipment and you are good to go!

Prior to the workout we will discuss via email or phone your exercise history, goals, possible injuries, etc. to help me prepare your workout.  Additionally I will need to know which exercise equipment you have in your home in order to plan things in advance.  Clients will then have the opportunity to hire me for regular weekly workouts.

1 Custom Training Plan – $29

The Custom Training Plan is designed for those who are looking for a plan that is catered specifically towards their goals and capabilities.  No two plans are alike as everyone is different.

You will receive a welcome email from me with questions about you to help me create the best plan to meet your goals.  Some of the questions will include exercise history, possible injuries, goals, available equipment for you to use, etc.  All information is 100% confidential.  The training plan should be followed for 4 – 6 weeks.

I will be available to help you with any initial questions that you may have in the beginning via email, text or Facebook Messenger, however in depth weekly check-ins and email discussions are not offered to the same extent as my other training packages.

4 Week Online Training Program – $199

It takes 4 weeks of consistent exercise and clean eating for people to get used to their new lifestyle and notice a change in their bodies.

Through my 4 week program, you will learn the first steps on how to apply sustainable healthy habits to your daily routine.

What to expect from my 4 Week Online Training Program:

*30 Minute Assessment

The 30 minute assessment will take place over the phone or on Skype.  In this assessment I will learn about your day to day life, your current exercise program, goals, past or present injuries, diet, etc.  This information will help me design the perfect workout program for you!  Additionally I will teach you the best techniques both inside and outside of the gym to help you reach your goals.

*A Custom Strength Training and Cardio Program

With the information you provide during the 30 minute assessment, I will create a custom strength and cardio program for you to follow.  This program will change every 2 weeks as you reach your fitness goals.  In order to achieve the best results variety is king!

*A Custom Diet Suggestion Plan

The workout isn’t just in the gym but also your kitchen!  I offer tips on meal plans, snacks, portion sizes, and other meal prep ideas specific to you.

*Constant Motivation and Accountability

Weekly check-ins to see how you are doing and to monitor your progress.  Your progress will be monitored through the program sheets that will be included with your program.  Complete 24/7 access to me via email, text, and Facebook Messenger.

8 Week Online Training Program – $349

It takes 8 weeks of consistent exercise and clean eating for people to truly get used to their new lifestyle and see a change in their bodies.

Through my 8 week program, you will learn how to apply sustainable healthy habits to your daily routine and then take it to the next level during your second 4 weeks.

In Home Personal Training

If you are looking for a trainer I provide in home personal training at the following locations in the North Shore of Massachusetts:  Salem, Danvers, Peabody, Beverly, Lynn, Lynnfield, Manchester By The Sea, Swampscott & Marblehead.  I also do personal training outside the North Shore (Boston Area & South Shore) but additional fees may be added depending on the distance. 

My rate is $80 per hour for a private training and there are no membership fees.  

Additionally I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation (phone or in person) to new clients to go over goals, exercise history and to answer questions.

I will provide you with whatever equipment you need for your workouts.  I will also use whatever equipment you already have in your home or apartment’s gym.
