My name is John Kane and I am a 41 year old NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I help busy men and women in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s (and up) get into great shape and stay that way. As a lifelong student of fitness and health I have more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of training (from when I first started really working out as a teenager in high school to when I started helping people in college) and I’m always on the lookout for new ideas and methods to help my clients grow. To me there is nothing else in the world that I would rather do then coach clients who want to improve their health and get into better shape. This is my passion and I always give 100%.
When you hire me you will not get a drill sergeant, you will get a coach who will listen and help you come up with the best workout plan and strategy that fits your life and lifestyle. I will also teach you the daily steps that need to be taken in order to keep yourself on track. In the end it is the little things that we do each day that determine our outcome.
